I make videos about Buddhist teachings and provide guided meditations for beginners and more advanced practitioners alike.
We hope this YouTube Channel can help to offer the Dharma innew and refreshing ways. Many people learn best when (new) information is presented in different modalities (i.e. hearing, seeing, etc.), and I would like to cater to that preference. I hope that this YouTube Channel makes the Dharma more accessible to people.
